Google through their AdSense program, offers paid advertising through the use of text linked ads placed on websites. These ads can also be placed on blogs. Advertisers hope to convince visitors to click on the text ad and visit their own websites through these text linked ads. The advertisers pay Google for every visitor that clicks through. Google passes on some of the money to the owner of the websites where the click originated. This is know as PPC or pay per click. Savvy Internet marketers build websites on topics that have a high PPC with the sole purpose of earning money.

Some of these sites known as MFA or Made For AdSense contain little or no redeeming content. The website’s owner’s intent is to place high in the search engines for a niche key word phrase. Say “Natural Cures for Whatever.” People have a tendency to only look at the first page of results when searching. They click on the “Natural Cures for Whatever” site. When they arrive there is little information, so in an effort to leave the site quickly, they click on one of the text linked ads to navigate away.

A better philosophy is to make the site content rich to attract visitors and establish a level of trust. The visitor feels comfortable and when they’ve found the information they needed they are more likely to click on one of the text based ads.

How much money can you earn with AdSense? It depends on the topic of your website, your key word usage and your traffic. People look for all sorts of information on the Internet. Quite a bit of the time they’re looking for a solution to a problem or how-to-do something. If your website addresses those issues, the odds are it will make more money than a generic site.

And it couldn’t be easier to use. You just type in a key word or phrase and the tool returns a list of advertisers that are using that word and how much they are paying. It even shows you the online ad.

Oh what a treasure trove of wealth-grabbing results this can be if you know what can be done with that key information.

Consider this possibility

Any key word or phrase that’s making big bucks on Overture is probably making big bucks on Google as well, perhaps even more, right? So try this experiment:

Search for a specific phrase on the Overture tool. When I entered a phrase on the day I wrote this article, I found a company known as SEO Inc. that was able to pay $8.01 per click, followed by SEO Advantage at $8.00, and Online Web Consultants at $6.50. Other bidders appeared slightly below them in the $3.00 range all the way on down to some who wouldn’t pay more than a dime per click.

Now, if a company is able to pay that much money for a mouse click on Overture, it is probably able to pay that or more on Google. Even if that particular company isn’t advertising on Google, you can be pretty sure that the same key phrase is coming near the same bid cost from other companies who do advertise on Google. So what that means is there is no way that you can more than likely afford NOT to have some site pages posted somewhere that are targeted to those sweet-paying words.

All you have to do is use Overture’s pricing tool to find the highest-paying key phrases that are similar to your web page and then make those keyword phrases to start advertising similar ads. If all goes to plan, you can perhaps double, triple, or even quadruple your AdSense money without needing any improvement in traffic or click-through rate.

I don’t see why everyone makes AdSense out to be like some sort of devil. Many people join the AdSense program each day. You’d think that a lot of time would be put on producing the website to submit for approval? Being truthful; it’s not as important as you’d have first thought.

What we discovered is that Google is not nearly as meticulous as it may appear to the rest of us. The gag is to design your website in a content-centric style; I have discovered that having less merchandising on your approval website is most optimal.

The strategy that you will learn about in this article is a slightly black-hat internet marketing strategy that can supplement your monthly Adsense income by as much as $1,000 or more. Proceed at your own risk with this advanced marketing tactic.

If you are currently an Adsense publisher and you get a decent amount of clicks on your ads, you can use a tracking script on your website such as AsRep to get advanced metrics on your website such as which ads people click on and where those links point to.

After you compile a list of the top three ads that show up on your site the most often and that people click on the most, you can check out each of those web sites and see if any of them offer an affiliate program. If they do, you will first want to make sure that you are getting at least 250 clicks per month on this ad to make sure that it is worth your time.

The way that web browsers track affiliate commissions is that when you click on an affiliate link or hoplink, there is a small piece of data stored temporarily in your browser called a ‘cookie’ that contains the referring affiliate ID. Another way that you can earn more affiliate commissions on the side is to preload your affiliate ID in the way discussed above for not just individual merchant sites with affiliate programs that your visitors may go to, but for large affiliate networks as well so that you can get paid on other merchant sites that are included in that network.

Remember that this is a not exactly bad but it is certainly black-hat, if anybody asks you where you learned this strategy you did not get it from me. You do not want to go and tell the merchant what you are doing but it will certainly keep your bank account smiling.
