Is It Appropriate and Effective To Use Autoresponders To Send Invoices?

Since autoresponders are such a great tool, why would we have to check in with it, evaluate it, or test out its ability to deliver our purpose? Because over time, your thoughts and your knowledge changes and making sure that your autoresponder is keeping up with your growth and change is an important part of the process. Maybe two months ago you had the knowledge to put together a pretty good autoresponder series and now you have the ability to put together a powerful and fantastic autoresponder series. Reading over your autoresponder series once a week usually open the door for a better, stronger, more powerful message than before.
Invoicing can take up a lot of time. Especially when you have to manage each individual account and type out an invoice that is overdue. While getting paid is absolutely the bottom line of any internet business, invoices that sire unpaid are a detriment as are overdue accounts. So how can you balance your time with your need to get paid in a reasonable amount of time?
Invoicing with autoresponders is not only appropriate but it is also highly effective. Setting an autoresponder to send ready made invoices and invoice reminders can save you tons of time. Once an account has been paid, you simply stop the cycle. When a client receives an invoice, there is always a chance that they sincerely mean to pay it but it has been lost, misplaced, or accidentally deleted. Your invoice reminder series should be polite to leave room for these possibilities.
Using your autoresponder series to send invoices also helps you keep track of who has paid and who has an overdue account for more than a reasonable period of time. If you know that the seventh invoice reminder (or fifth or third) means that you need to consider working with the legal system in order to retrieve your funds, then you have an automatic built in reminder that the time is near.
Invoices that are used for monthly subscription payments or payment plans can also be billed this way. That way you don’t have to shuffle through all your account information and determine who owes you money and how much they owe. You simply set it and bill it without hassles.
Using your autoresponder invoicing system you will find that you will spend less time trying to collect money and more time making it.
Your autoresponder messages are a reflection of you and your business. You always want them to look as professional as possible. Not only do you want the content to be kept neat and clean, but you want the formatting of the autoresponder message to appear normal. When your messages become broken apart, often not reaching the margins and breaking off too early, your autoresponder message looks highly unprofessional. How do you know what your message looks like?
